Davoren Family History: Where this Site will lead you.
My Grandfather migrated from Ogonnoloe, County Clare in Ireland, to Australia, in 1877.

Through his oral history, I learnt that the Davorens (and their like names) were descended from the ancient Kings of Ireland.

These pages are my exploration of the History of the name "Davoren" and the Sept's achievements. It traces the history of  Davorens in general and of my family in particular, during their life in Ireland and settlement in Australia. It provides insight into the history of Ireland and the life of early Irish settlers in Australia. It contains many links to a wealth of Irish information.

If you are related to either a Davoren, O'Davoren, Davoran, or a Davern or interested in things Irish, this is the site for you.
